EASY CHICKEN QUESADILLAS 
Serves 2

  • 4 oz. Grilled Seasoned Chicken Breast (diced and cooked)
  • ½ c. Low Fat  shredded cheese
  • ¼ c. Chopped Bell Pepper
  • ¼ c. Onion
  • 2 TBSP Salsa
  • 2 tortilla shells
  • Olive oil

Directions:  In a pan sauté Onion and Peppers add in chicken and salsa. Remove from heat. Divide Mixture and spoon onto tortilla shells. Top with cheese. Fold in half and put into the George Forman grill until cheese is melted. Serve and Enjoy!

*You can also cook this on the stove top or place a tooth pick in the folded half and bake in oven until cheese is melted.
