Steak, Sliced Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli

Day #3.

Steak Potatoes and Broccoli
Serves 2 Cost $2.68 per person 



  • 2- Sirloin steaks 
  • 1-2- Red Skin potatoes
  • 2 C. of Broccoli
  • Montreal Steak seasoning 
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1tbsp Italian dressing
  • salt and pepper


Directions: prehat oven to 350, Clean Rinse and wash Potatoes, Slices potatoes about 1/4 inch. Brush with olive oil sprinkle top with salt and pepper and place on a greased cookie sheet in the oven for about 25 minutes. Season steaks and place a little oil so the season stays on. Place Sizzler on a indoor grill or broiler until steak is done to medium or medium well. Indoor grill such as a George Foreman takes 4-5 minutes and broiler takes a about 5 - 5.5 minutes per side. While steaks and potatoes are cooking go ahead and place the rest of you olive oil into a pan and cook broccoli until it is crisp and tender this will take about 5-6minutes. Poor Italian dressing in with broccoli and stir. You are then ready to plate!
